Who Can Become a Member

Anyone who is of a Czech or Slovak origin, residing in USA, and older than 18 years. Members have to agree with the goals and beliefs of the Association. Members receive the right to vote. Spouses and children are not required to be of a Czech or Slovak origin.

To become a member or renew your membership please fill out the Registration Form and pay the fee below. There are two options to register and pay:

1. On-line registration and payment.
2. Downloading Registration Form and mailing it to us along with a check.

Membership is valid for 12 months and is renewable each year on your membership anniversary.
